​Fuel distribution

Our fuel distribution service is coordinated from our Manchester order centre which is open 362 days a year and operates a 24 hour service during weekdays.

Orders can be placed over the telephone or via the internet at our 'Texaco Station' extranet, either method is user friendly. We endeavour to provide next day delivery for all orders placed before 10am previous day. Additionally, we offer Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) for auto replenishment - meaning you get the stock you need - when you need it. 

Deliveries are made 24 hours a day during weekdays and on dayshifts at weekends, from a number of strategically placed terminals around the UK. We own six terminals and additionally supply fuel from a number of third-party owned terminals throughout the UK.

Wincanton is contracted to deliver through their tanker fleet, providing a safe and reliable service. We ensure that the drivers are some of the most well trained and knowledgeable drivers in the industry.


Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)

Take advantage of the innovative system which calculates your historic sales and delivery data to predict when a delivery is required. Using the live data feed from your wet stock management provider we take multiple feeds per day to allow the prediction tool to calculate demand, meaning you will no longer be required to place fuel orders. Deliveries continue to be scheduled to meet the delivery window for your site. For each planned delivery an ETA (estimated time of arrival) shall be sent to you via your preferred method (SMS and/or email).

This includes Retail Image guidelines, an introduction to our loyalty programme Star Rewards and how you can benefit from our Local Site Marketing programme.

The Welcome Pack is a concise and detailed source of information to ensure that our new Retailers are ready to do business on Day One.

As a Texaco retailer you will benefit from the Texaco Station extranet website. This website supports the day-to-day running of your business and is also an excellent time saving communication tool.
